1. 注意时态，不要出现过去时（除非举过去的例子）。 2. 不管立场是中立还是一边倒，一定要讨论双方观点.推荐思路： a. 讨论方观点：混合能力班级有优势。如果一个班级是由不同能力的学生组成的一个团体，这样的话会让这些学生之间相互促进。如果分开的话，可能会让那些能力稍微差一些的学生有被歧视的感觉加重心理负担导致学得更差，而那些能力好的学生也可能会有一种不应该有的优越感。 b. 讨论另一方的观点：学生因材施教有好处。这样能使*的学生们充分挖掘出自己的潜力，给普通学生减少一些压力。对于学校来说，制定教学计划和把握学生的进步这些方面也更加容易。 c. 表明自己立场：在因材施教的同时，还是把能力不同的学生们放在一起比较好。 就社会而言，整个社会也是有不同能力的人组成的，包括公司和社区。以后社会生活需要我们能够*持一个平衡的心态，并且正视自己的能力。因为社会是这样的所以应该从小让宝贝在这样的环境中成长，可以适当增加一些课外活动，因材施教，发掘学生的潜质。 |
