With the increasing use of technology products such as computers and tablets in people's lives, their importance has become self-evident. To this end, more and more parents are allowing their children to play games on computers and tablets in order to enable their children to master these technological skills. Some people think that this phenomenon has more advantages than disadvantages. Personally, I prefer this view.

It is true that playing computer games and tablets can make children less sociable to some extent. Children's attention is strongly attracted by computers and tablets, resulting in insufficient time to communicate with their peers. In addition, unhealthy information such as violence, pornography, and dirty content can make children irritable, isolated and difficult to get along with.

However, there are many positive things in tablets and computer games. At present, the limits and censorship of media is relatively strict, which does no harm to the mental health of adolescents.
