2. 动态图,折线图。注意对数据进行趋势描述并且四个国家的城镇居住人口比例作一定的对比。如USAurban dwellers的比例一直*,ChinaIndia较小,China1985左右就exceed the figure of India.

3. 建议主体段按国家来划分,分成两段。USASouth Korea一段,IndiaChina一段。

1. 注意时态,用一般现在时即可

2. 观点类题型,难度一般,但要注意审题,对于如何休假,或是假期的时长问题,这里可理解为“一年一共放四周的假期”,当然也包括了可以一下子休息四周,不用太过纠结;另外要扣准“让员工更好地工作”,围绕“长时间的假期是否能让员工更好地工作”这一个思路进行展开,不要写对企业的收益的影响,会有偏题的风险。

 

推荐思路:同意,五段式

Opening: 背景介绍,表达观点:四周的假期更有利于员工*持好的精神状态以及高效率工作。

 

Body 1: 因为这样可以让员工劳逸结合(keep a balance between life and work),减轻员工的工作压力,有益身心,从而更加有益于更好地工作。

 

Body 2:员工也可以进步他们的工作能力

支持细节1. 对于进行创意,创作相关的工作,更可以在假期中放飞自我(set ones mind free),寻找灵感(seek inspiration)

支持细节2. 假期也是一个很好的机会,人们充电或获得一些新的技能,使他们在工作中*持自己的竞争优势。

 

Body 3:让步段。

“休四周的假期”,因为可能会影响整个公司的正常运作,尤其是IT行业,金融行业等,使得员工变得懒散倦怠(indolent),长时间的休假回来反而不能很*高效地投入到工作中,进而影响了工作的正常开展(have adverse effects on the daily work

With the fierce competition, an increasing number of working adults nowadays suffer some level of anxiety and stress. Thats why some people suggest a minimum of four weeks holiday per year. As far as I am concerned, such policy can help employees to maintain a healthy state of mind as well as higher work efficiency.

 

Undoubtedly, four weeks annual leave can help dedicated and hardworking employees to release pressure. Working adults are normally running on a tight schedule in order to accomplish their demanding tasks properly and promptly, which poses a threat to their both physical and mental health. Taking a break from work allows them to get away from daily troubles and get fully relaxed. They can also spend some quality time with their family, strengthening family bonds as well as gaining family joy. When they are back to work, they can stay alarmed and energetic in the work again.

 

Another benefit is that employees can also improve their working ability. By that I mean, some professionals, such as fashion designers or advertising producers need fresh ideas and inspirations to produce more top-notch works. A trip in vacation or some leisure activities are exactly the moment when   new ideas can be formed. Besides, the holiday is also a good chance for people to recharge battery or acquire some new skills, which enable them to maintain their competitive edges in the working place.

However, some opponents worry that longer annual holiday may affect the smooth operation of the whole company, especially in rapidly changing IT industry and financial industry. After a long vacation, employees may become lazy and sluggish and find it hard to be quickly and efficiently engaged in work, thus affecting the normal work.

 

In conclusion, although there may be some negative effects, I still strongly believe that four weeks annual leave policy should be highly recommended for the sake of employees better work performance.
